Shutter/Tri-Fold Card

Here is a wedding card - it was a little late (by 6 months); so I made it a ½-anniversary card.

I used Designer’s Calendar for the for the rings cut @ 1.7 by 1 and the “U2” (not to be confused with the band) was cut from Cursive 101 @ 1.2 by 1.4.  Both were cut in silver cardstock.  The harts were also punched from silver cardstock.

For the gift card holder, I used my new die from Emma's “My Creative Time” Embossed gift Card Holder .  I Just Love her Stuff ! (see link on side bar).
The label and frames are from a spellbinder’s nestablities die set and  the sentiment typed.
Add ribbons, pearls, a gem and  Presto!

I made a matching envelope using my Martha Stewart scoreboard and Friskers corner punch for the flap.

Don’t remember where the red floral paper came from - sorry.  The black and gray papers are both from DCWV La Crème Matstack.

Directions For the tri-fold/Shutter card:  Basically you take a 6 x 12 (or 5 ½ X 12) sheet of card stock and score it at 2”, 4” 8” & 10”.  Then you cut from the 2 inch score line to the 10 inch score (at 1 ½ inches in on each long side).  Then play with it a little bit and fold to your liking.  My measurements were a little different, as I wanted it to fit Emma’s Gift card Die.

Happy Scrappin’ & God Bless!
